I already use Bludget. Why have you written a whole new app?

Accounteer makes use of many of the features of iOS5, including iCloud. Some users may not want or be unable to upgrade to iOS5, and so Budgeteer was developed as a new app.

I live in Germany but want to manage my budget in US Dollars

You can override the currency Accounteer uses from the settings screen.

What export formats are there

Accounteer can export a report for printing, or a tab delimited file to import into a spreadsheet.

I want to delete a category

You can disable a category from the settings screen. You cannot delete a category as it may have expenses booked against it.

iCloud has stopped working?

There are a number of things you can try. See the Accounteer iCloud help page to try and determine the problem.
